Donation Collection for Steered Straight

Yet again, there was an amazing outpouring of donations for the Steered Straight Ministry! Thank you to all those that contributed, and lent a hand with loading the truck! That was an absolutely wonderful blessing!!!

Volunteers are needed for packing and loading. If you have larger size boxes, along with any packing material, please drop them off in the fellowship hall this week. We will be packing everything up prior to the pick up.

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:

Steered Straight, a ministry that supports drug and alcohol rehabilitation and education for children and adults, needs your items for a thrift store that helps fund their outreach programs.

Michael DeLeon, head of the organization, is making a final trip from TN to NJ to collect items on Wednesday, July 8th 4-7pm at our church. He has an amazing testimony and is well suited to head this ministry.

This is a general list of ideas, and most anything that can sell in a thrift shop is welcome.

Small furniture: lamps, small tables, nightstands, end tables, small dressers, ottomans, etc.
Household items
Clothing and Shoes
Decorations, pictures, paintings, etc.
Craft supplies, jewelry, office supplies, school supplies
Tools - power, manual, gardening tools, etc.
Holiday Decor
Children's items, toys, equipment, clothes, books, etc.
