Ryan Yelton serves as the Ministry Intern at Colts Neck Community Church, where he leads the worship ministry under the guidance of the Senior Pastor. With a heart for true worship, his passion is to shepherd God’s people to worship in Spirit and in truth—not just on Sundays, but every day of the week.
Saved at a young age and growing up in church, he has been actively involved in worship ministry since the age of 12, and preaching/teaching ministry since his late 20's. His desire is for people to experience the presence and power of God and the love of Christ in a life-transforming way.
His life verse is 2 Corinthians 5:21 — “God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” This verse is the foundation of his approach to worship in everyday life—celebrating the finished work of Christ and inviting others to respond with grateful, surrendered hearts.
Ryan graduated from Rider University with a B.A. degree in Communication.
He now lives in Eatontown, NJ with his beautiful wife, Nicole, and their two sons, Luke and Cooper.
Ryan's favorite ministry is being a husband and father. When he's not serving the Lord at CNCC, you can find him spending time with his family, working out at the gym, playing sports, or rooting for the New York Jets!
